Sleep and mental health are tightly linked: poor sleep can worsen mood, focus, and anxiety, and many psychiatric conditions disrupt sleep in turn. Lasting trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested is worth attention, because improving sleep often improves the rest of the picture.
